New Game – Trample on Schatten!!

June 30th, 2012

We are excited to announce that we’ve licensed a new game for release in English!

Trample on Schatten!! is a heroic action visual novel starring hotblooded warriors in cool costumes who fight evil with the power of love and friendship. Expect epic transformation sequences, killer attacks, and dramatic speeches that will have manly tears pouring from your eyes. Also, tentacles.

Translation has begun as of earlier this month. More details to follow. For now, here are some awesome CGs from the game.

Well done JAST USA, a good job as always.

I always like super hero theme and tranformations and power : D, sp much shounen
Seems really cool and the artist art on the girl reminds me from Princess Waltz.
I will pre-order this game as soon it will be available on the site.

Jast, isn’t better to license those games where there is an interesting gameplay on it? I’m talking about games like Brave Soul, Raidy, Princess Waltz, etc…

I agree that it would be better to license something with good gameplay, but that definitely wasn’t present in Raidy or Princess Waltz.

I think due the high amount of translation they bring with such games it might be better to do the others which are desired as well. Though have to admit the ones with that kind of interaction are becoming better not to mention are worth the money to spend extra then normally on.
Meh, time will tell if they will invest in such, besides that looking forward to see more info on this :)

The first thing that popped into my mind was “She looks a lot like Saber.” ^o^

These few screens make it look pretty interesting, and what’s on the VNDB makes it look like FSN, so color me intrigued. I’ll more than likely be following it.

The lead heroine looks like a rip-off of Saber from F/SN.

Does this game have any kind of Gameplay like Brave Soul, Kamidori, etc? or is it just “Read and click”?

She’s a lot cooler than Saber.

No strategy or RPG gameplay. There’s a multi-viewpoint route map system like the one in 11eyes. More details later.

ummm. Seems interesting. Is like Princess waltz, koihime or Fate to some degree. I like this kind of things so i’ll probably buy it. Still i’m not sure, i didn’t get interested on one of those two heroines. I usually get interested at a heroine at the moment i see a imagen of her, because i usually can detect if she is the kind of heroine i like and i didn’t got that feeling. At least i didn’t got the feeling i would dislike them either.

Off topic, but is there any news regarding Seinarukana?

And yes, the blue chick looks like a hot blooded version of Seiba.

@bigbadero: Seinarukana is still being translated. It’s a more complicated system than Aselia, so I imagine testing will take some time.

@gjbindels: Schatten has endings for multiple girls, but they’re more like branches off the true (main heroine) route than separate paths.
