Any purchase may be refunded within 24 hours of the transaction, no reason required. To request a refund, contact our support team within this window.
If a product cannot be installed or fails to run as intended due to a technical defect, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Technical refund requests may require basic troubleshooting steps before a refund is issued.
To request a refund under either window, please contact our support team with your order number and, for technical refunds, a brief description of the issue. Requests submitted after the applicable period has elapsed will not be eligible.
We reserve the right to deny refunds and restrict accounts in cases of refund abuse, chargeback abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service. Chargebacks initiated outside of our refund process may result in account restrictions and loss of access to associated products, to the extent permitted by law.
We are committed to maintaining a storefront that complies with our content policies, and we may review, restrict, or remove access to content, products, or listings to enforce our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Adult Content Policy, and applicable law.
Not all content available on the JAST Store is owned or produced by JAST USA. Some products are published or licensed through third-party partners. While we carefully curate the content available on our platform, if a partner is found to have published content that violates our policies or applicable law, we will address the matter accordingly — up to and including removal of the content and termination of the partnership.
If you believe any content on the Site violates our policies or applicable law, you may submit a report to our support team with a description of the content in question and the specific concern or policy you believe has been violated. We aim to review and address all reports within five (5) business days of receipt. If we have credible evidence that content is illegal or non-compliant, we will remove it or restrict access promptly, and where appropriate immediately. Submitting a report does not guarantee removal of content; each report is evaluated on its merits against our policies and applicable law.
