If you want to experience a simulator with a character creator, this is not a terrible option, just minimal. Got some sliders for different body parts parts and a variety of rooms. But a few negatives/nitpicks I can think of. 1: The bra and socks look like it just texture/skin change on the character; that it doesn't look like actually clothing. 2: when you ejaculate inside no white goo coming out. 3: not a very large selection in the wardrobe, just decent enough for the price. Checking the steam discussions of the same game, there is a modding tool. But I see no other sources of just downloading additional patches or clothing. If you have never tried a character creator/sex simulator and don't want to spend too much money on a decent one then it's not terrible, just very mid. Get it on discount (I got this for $1).
