This is the official Director's Cut DLC for the Steam release of YOU and ME and HER: A Love Story. Applying this patch to your Steam version will restore previously cut scenes. This DLC is not required if you purchased your game directly from the JAST Store.

What is 'Director's Cut DLC'?
